TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Art. 1. These General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "C.G.V.") have as their object the sale of products made remotely via the internet, on the WWW.STAGIONELLOSTORE.COM website.
The C.G.V. will apply between the subjects of the contract which are:
Seller: STAGIONELLOSTORE.COM website owned by ARREDO INOX srl;
Customer: the subject identified by the data entered when completing and sending the order form electronically, with simultaneous acceptance of these General Conditions (hereinafter referred to as: "Customer").
It is forbidden, by the legislation on personal data, to the Customer to enter false, and / or invented, and / or invented names, in the online order procedure and in further communications.
ARREDO INOX srl reserves the right to report any violation and abuse to the competent Authority, in the interest and for the protection of consumers and public faith.
The Customer also relieves ARREDO INOX srl from any errors resulting from the issue of incorrect tax documents due to incorrect or incomplete information relating to the data provided by the customer, being the same person responsible for the correct insertion.
ARREDO INOX srl reserves the right to modify the present GTC at any time by giving notice to Customers with publication on the Site.
Art. 2. Online sales
By online sale contract is meant the distance contract and that is the legal shop concerning the sale of the "Products" and / or "Services" stipulated between ARREDO INOX srl and the Customer as part of a sales system to distance organized by ARREDO INOX srl which, for this contract, uses "Internet" and related technologies. These contracts, therefore, will be concluded directly through access by the Customer to the Internet site corresponding to the address www.stagionellostore.com, where, following the indicated procedures, he will conclude the contract for the purchase of the Product.
Art. 3. Prices
The customer can only purchase the products offered on the site by following the purchase procedure, at the price indicated in euros and excluding VAT. The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by the Company by means of an e-mail response sent to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer. This confirmation message will contain the date and time of execution of the order and a "Customer order number", to be used in the event of any communication with ARREDO INOX srl. The message will contain all the data entered by the Customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections.
Before sending the order confirmation, the Company remains entitled to request further information from the Customer via e-mail with reference to the purchase order made on the Site. Prices are subject to change according to the determinations of the producers and / or importers. In this sense, ARREDO INOX srl will proceed to indicate the new prices with the online update. Any errors in the publication of prices do not imply automatic acceptance of the order and shipment of the goods by ARREDO INOX srl. In this eventuality, the credit card transaction will not be concluded and accepted and in case of cash on delivery or other form of payment, the customer will be asked to accept the amount to be paid.
Upon explicit request from the Customer to ARREDO INOX srl, the same will issue an invoice for the material sent by sending it to the Customer. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order is authentic. After the invoice is issued, it will not be possible to make any changes to the data indicated in the same.
Art. 4. Product availability
In the case of unavailability of the ordered Products in the warehouse, which occurred after the customer placed the order on the site, ARREDO INOX srl will immediately notify the e-mail address indicated by the same. In this case the transaction will be canceled.
In this eventuality, both contractual and extra-contractual obligations by ARREDO INOX srl are excluded due to the non-conclusion of the contract.
Art. 5. Acceptance of General Conditions of Sale
The Customer, by sending his purchase order electronically, unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe the GSC described in this document in his dealings with ARREDO INOX srl, declaring that he has read and accepted all the indications to he provided, also acknowledging that ARREDO INOX srl is not bound to different conditions unless previously agreed in writing.
Art. 6. Methods of payment
The payment of the Products purchased by the Customer as well as the related delivery costs can be made exclusively in the following ways:

Art. 6. Methods of payment
The payment of the Products purchased by the Customer as well as the related delivery costs can be made exclusively in the following ways:
Paypal: Paypal is a web circuit that allows you to send and receive payments easily and securely.
Credit card: In the case of purchase by credit card, at the same time as the conclusion of the online transaction, the reference banking institution will authorize only the commitment of the amount relating to the order made. The amount relating to the Products purchased will actually be charged to the Customer's credit card only when the order is made by ARREDO INOX srl. In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal by the Customer following the payment of the Products / Services purchased online, ARREDO INOX srl will instruct the banking institution to credit the amount to be refunded on the credit card / account current customer. In the case of purchase of services, the withdrawal may provide as a maximum refund the residual amount relating to the services not yet provided.
The Customer must be the holder of the valid credit card when ordering the Products purchased online.
At no time during the purchase procedure, ARREDO INOX srl is able to know the information relating to the customer's credit card, transmitted via a secure connection directly to the website of the bank that manages the transaction. In no computer archive ARREDO INOX srl will keep such data. In no case can ARREDO INOX srl be held responsible for any fraudulent and undue use of credit cards by third parties, when paying for Products / Services purchased on the site.
Bank transfer: In the event that payment is made by bank transfer, the purchased good will be sent to the address indicated by the consumer to the actual credit of the payment which can vary from 1 to 3 days. In the event that a service should be purchased, paid for by bank transfer, upon receipt of the credit, the service purchased will be scheduled by ARREDO INOX srl, which will communicate the date of delivery.
Art. 7. Shipping.
The products purchased will be shipped by ARREDO INOX srl to the address indicated by the customer. Each shipment is made to the customer with selected express couriers. Indicatively, without this implying any constraint for ARREDO INOX srl and except for the availability of the products as well as any causes of force majeure, the goods will be delivered to the courier within seven working days following the acceptance of the order by ARREDO INOX srl. Orders will be processed only with fully available goods, partial shipments are excluded. Upon receipt of the goods at your home, the customer will have to check the integrity of the packages, it will be their responsibility to point out and exactly record the non-integrity of the package by the courier under penalty of forfeiture to assert their rights in this regard. In any case, the shipment constitutes the delivery of the goods which from that moment have left the seller's availability.
Art. 8. Product warranty.
The products purchased on the STAGIONELLO SERVICE srl website are subject to the regulation, as applicable, pursuant to article 1495 of the civil code, which regulates the terms on the legal guarantee. This guarantee will apply to the product that has conformity defects and / or malfunctions not found at the time of purchase, provided that the product itself is used correctly and with due diligence, that is, in compliance with its destination and as provided in any technical documentation , with compliance with the various operating standards indicated therein.
The aforementioned guarantee will not be applicable in the event of negligence, neglect in the use and maintenance of the product.
Any non-compliance of the products must be reported within the terms established by law and communicated by e-mail, fax or registered letter.
The product, although not compliant, at the time of return to ARREDO INOX srl to be repaired or replaced must be complete with the packaging and all the accessories and documentation received by the customer at the time of purchase. The return of the product without the original packaging, the accessories and the above documentation prevents ARREDO INOX srl from replacing the product itself at the manufacturer and makes replacement impossible.
In any case, the return must be communicated and agreed with ARREDO INOX srl which must be informed of the return methods with the communication of the courier and any tracking number, the shipping costs for the return will be charged to the Customer. The goods being returned travel at the risk of the customer until the delivery of the same to ARREDO INOX srl.
ARREDO INOX srl reserves the right to verify the actual defect reported by the Customer and to carry out the repair or replacement only after this check. If, following the manufacturer's verification, the defect does not result in a lack of conformity, the Company reserves the right to charge the Customer for the verification and restoration costs as well as the related transport costs.
Art. 9. Right of withdrawal
Purchases made on the WWW.STAGIONELLOSTORE.COM website are governed by Italian law on mail order sales. Pursuant to art. 64 and following of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, if the customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating a VAT number reference in the order form), he is entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason within 30 days of receipt of goods, without any penalty and without prejudice to the fact that the right of withdrawal is in any case subject to the following conditions:
- The law applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product (e.g. accessories, attached software, etc.);
- the law does not apply pursuant to art. 48 of the Consumer Code, once ARREDO INOX srl has already performed the requested services (e.g. ordinary, extraordinary maintenance, etc.);
- the shipping costs for returning the goods are charged to the customer;
- the shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the full responsibility of the Customer;
- in the event of damage to the goods during transport, the Customer will be notified of the incident (within 5 working days of receipt of the goods in its warehouses), to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier chosen by him and obtain a refund of the asset value (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal;
- ARREDO INOX Srl is not liable in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.
Without prejudice to any restoration costs for damages ascertained to the original packaging, the amount already paid for the purchase of the goods will be refunded to the customer within 14 days of his return, by reversing the amount charged on the Credit or by bank transfer. In the latter case, the customer will promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the refund (IBAN and Bank code of the invoice holder).
The right of withdrawal is lost for lack of the essential integrity of the property (packaging and / or its contents), in cases where it is ascertained:
-The lack of the external packaging and / or the original internal packaging;
-The absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, ...);
-Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport.
-The use of the product.
In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, the goods will remain at the headquarters available to the customer for collection at your expense.
Art. 10. Privacy
Disclosure pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 on the processing of Personal Data.
For the purpose of registration, for the subsequent use of online services, including newsletter, sms, booking and online sales services, it will be required to provide some personal data, including sensitive data, which will be processed in compliance of the provisions contained in the legislative decree 30 June 2003, n. 196 and its subsequent modifications and additions.
In application of the aforementioned legislative decree, pursuant to art. 13, we inform you that:
1) the acquisition of the data that may be requested is the indispensable prerequisite for the provision of the requested service;
2) the personal and sensitive data collected and stored by ARREDO INOX srl will be processed only by the company itself and, if express consent has not been given, they will not be disclosed or communicated to third parties, except in the cases provided for by this information and / o by law and, in any case, in the manner permitted by it;
3) in relation to the commitments undertaken, the company will be the only person authorized to send information to the Customer.
4) the interested party has the right to exercise the rights provided for by art. 7 of the aforementioned legislative decree and in particular of:
- obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of their personal and sensitive data, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form;
- get the indication:
a) the origin of personal data and sensitive data;
b) the purposes and methods of treatment;
c) the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) of the identification details of the owner, of the managers or of the categories of subjects to whom the personal and sensitive data can be communicated or who can learn about them as persons in charge;
- obtain:
a) updating, rectification or, when the customer has an interest, integration of data;
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment occurs proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right;
- object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising materials, newsletters, text messages or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
The rights referred to in art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 can be exercised by contacting this company.
Limited to the operations connected to the management of the website, the company ARREDO INOX srl, with registered office in Crotone (KR), via Francesco Mancuso 18, Industrial Zone, has been appointed as Data Processor. Furthermore, at any time, by exercising the right of withdrawal from all the services requested, the Customer may request the total cancellation of all data provided. In this case, the company will retain only the data whose retention is required by legal obligations.

Any clarification, information on assistance services or any complaint, can be requested or advanced to ARREDO INOX srl at its registered office as highlighted above and by e-mail to the following addresses: info@stagionellostore.com. The information contained in the C.G.V. and on the site for the individual products they are communicated in their entirety through these conditions and through the forms pursuant to and for the purposes of articles 52 and 53 DLT 206/2005.
