Stagionello Academy take’s part in the 86th edition of the Fiera del Levante in Bari.

It is thanks to the strong partnership with Federcarni, the National Association of Italian Butchers, that this year Stagionello® Store participates in one of the main Italian Mediterranean trade shows in the Mediterranean, with the aim of diffusing the Academy’s offers on their professional training modules.

 

The focus will be centered on Culture, Tradition and Innovation in “Area Federcarni“ stand for a week of events, from 15 to 23 October.

 

Sunday 16th of October awaits a new challenge for the participating professionals where the organizers will host another important stage of the "Young Butchers" championship.  They will compete with the "Salame Cotto Cuomo Method®" test, a competition that will combine technique, creativity and innovation thanks to use of the intelligent applied technology of Stagionello® Salami Curing Device which will complete and then celebrate the achievements of the aspiring winners.
